Swimming is an excellent form of low impact exercise with many health benefits including weight loss and muscle toning.
Not to mention the cardiorespiratory benefits. The Springfield Health & Fitness Club offers residential swimming courses for those of you that have never learned to swim, over 5 days, from Sunday night to Friday morning, most weeks of the year.
The courses are run by a dedicated company with experienced tutors who specialise in helping people learn to love the water even if they are uncomfortable or even frightened by the thought of swimming.
Over the past 15 years ‘Swim Inns’ tutors have helped over 6,000 people to swim!
